TERMS OF SERVICES

GENERAL1. These commission terms are for non-commercial uses ONLY. You are not allowed to use commissioned work to reproduce and/or sell for profit in any way. If you’re considering hiring me for commercial purposes please contact me at stlar.art@gmail .com .2. I will contact you to inform you that your commission request is accepted.3. I don’t show my sketches but you are allowed to ask for them before I start lining. If there is something you want me to change or add THIS is the best time to do it.4. It takes me between a few days to 2 weeks to complete a piece on average, but keep in mind that there might be other projects I'm working on before yours. You are allowed to send me a message to ask me about the status of your piece, but please be patient. If you need the piece on short notice you must specify it beforehand, and depending on how short it is it might require an extra fee.5. If you want me to design a character I will still need references such as character inspiration ( for yours ), clothes, hairstyles, etc. Try to regroup as many ideas as you can. It will cost extra fees.6. I prefer using twitter DMs to communicate, if you have any issues with that and prefer using email please specify it.
.PAYMENT1. Payments are to be made in euros, I do not accept any other payment method.2. Payment is upfront, non-negotiable. If you can’t pay right now I can add you to the waitlist and you can message me once you are able to pay.3. Payments are to be made over an invoice I will send you.4. Tips are always appreciated but not required. If you want to tip me please do it through my Ko-fi at https://ko-fi.com/oddlimits_ .
.REFUND1. A refund may be requested if I haven't finished working on your commission, or wouldn’t be able to in the coming days, 8 weeks after the payment.2. A commission can be fully refunded ONLY if I haven't started working on it AT ALL. 75% will be refunded if I only did the sketch.
.CLAIM, USES & OTHERS1. You are allowed to share the commissioned piece as long as I'm credited. Using it as a profile picture, header, etc is also allowed with the same condition.2. You are NOT allowed to reproduce and/or sell the commissioned piece for profit.3. You are NOT allowed to trace, edit or make NFTs of the commissioned piece or fee. Also DO NOT feed my art to AIs.4. I post all the pieces I worked on on my personal portfolio and social medias. If you want me to wait before posting it for any reason please specify it beforehand. You are also allowed to keep the piece anonymous and not tag you.5. Minor edits once the piece is finished are allowed, don’t be afraid to ask me to change a detail or add something I forgot.6. Major edits like pose changes may be requested but will cost extra fees.

TERMS OF SERVICES

GENERAL1. For **PERSONAL USES ONLY. **You are** NOT ALLOWED** to use it for commercial uses. If you want to buy a design for a vtuber model or a mascot or your brand you have to contact me first.2. No NFTs. Period. Not negotiable. If you do it you lose all rights of the design.
.OWNERSHIP1. You buy the rights to the character. That means it becomes your OC and you can do what you want with it as long as you stay respectful and follow my terms.2. The original design and original artwork of the character remain my intellectual property, meaning that i'm still the creator and will be credited as such, and maintain the right to display the artwork on my webwite/portfolio.
I will not use the character as an OC or for anything.
.CUSTOMIZATION1. You may choose the name, gender, pronouns, backstory, etc.2. You may customize/adjust the design as long as the general design remains recognizable. But if you do please do not edit my artwork and do it on a new one.3. That being said you are not allowed to whitewash a design.
.AFTER PURCHASE1. You're allowed to use it for roleplay, profil picture, draw them yourself, request commissions of the character, etc.2. You may resell or trade the character to someone else if you no longer want it but you have to credit me as the original creator and refer the new owner to my terms.3. You're not allowed to sell the character for more than you bought it.4. Please credit me @Oddlimits_5. You're not allowed to remove my signature from the picture.You agree to my terms of services if you buy my design.
